The Reds in Qatar van Dijk, Alexander-Arnold, Fabinho and others

The group stage has ended – and all the national teams that secured a place in the last 16 are already known. How did the Reds play in Qatar: van Dijk, Alexander-Arnold, Fabinho and others?

Group A, B and D

In Group A, Netherlands beat Qatar 2:0 on 29 November.
Dutch captain Virgil van Dijk was was on the field for the full 90 minutes.
Netherlands won the group and in the 1/8 finals will meet with the USA.

In Group B, England beat Wales 3:0.
Jordan Henderson played the full game and Trent Alexander-Arnold made his first World Cup appearance as a substitute in the second half.
England took first place in the group, they will face the Senegal team in the 1/8 finals. The tournament misses Sadio Mane due to injury.

In Group D, French lost to Tunisia 0:1 on 30 November.
Ibrahima Konate spent all 90 minutes on the field.

Group G and H

In Group H, Uruguay beat Ghana 2:0 on 2 December.
