Liverpool fixtures UEFA Champions League 2022-23 Group A

Liverpool will meet Napoli, Ajax and Rangers in the UEFA Champions League 2022-23 group stage. Which will see the club travel to the Italy, Netherlands and Scotland over the course of the autumn.

Jurgen Klopp’s team will play their first match of the European campaign away against Napoli at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Wednesday, September 7.

The first home match is against Ajax at Anfield Stadium on Tuesday, September 13.

Following that, there are back-to-back games against Rangers. First game at Anfield on Tuesday, October 4 before the reverse fixture at Ibrox Stadium on Wednesday, October 12.

This will be followed by an away match against Ajax at the Johan Cruyff Arena on Wednesday, October 26.

And the group stage will end in a home match against Napoli on Tuesday, November 1.

It makes for a busy schedule, given the shorter time between matches due to the winter World Cup in Qatar. I wonder the Reds will be able to get a solid first place in the group, given the mediocre start of the season and injury problems this season.
