On Saturday, July 30, the King Power Stadium in Leicester will host an FA Community Shield match between Liverpool and Manchester City. The starting whistle will sound at 5pm GMT+1.

The winners were the meetings with Crystal Palace – 2:0 and RB Leipzig – 5:0. Failures befell the Merseysiders in confrontations with Manchester United – 0:4 and RB Salzburg – 0:1.
Manchester City
According to the results of the previous season in the Premier Leagua, the City were able to gain an advantage over Liverpool due to the greater number of victories. They have won 29 meetings against the Merseysiders 28 wins. The latter were able to make up a bit of the gap with two additional draws (eight to six), but still found themselves one step away from Manchester City.
During the summer preparation for new season, Pep Guardiola’s team played two test matches. And they won both. First it win the Mexican club America – 2:1 and then defeated Bavaria – 1:0.
